By accessing or using the EOS platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including free trial participants, individual subscribers, and enterprise customers.
EOS provides a digital workforce of AI agents designed to execute accounting, tax, and ERP operations. The Platform performs automated tasks including, but not limited to:
The Platform is designed to work alongside human professionals, not replace professional judgment. All outputs are structured for human review and approval.
Product features, functionality, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Additional terms and fees may apply to certain features.
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify EOS immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. EOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
You may not share, transfer, or sell your account access to any third party without prior written consent from EOS.
You retain ownership of all data, documents, financial records, and other content you upload to or enter into the Platform ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of Your Content.
By using the Platform, you grant EOS a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and analyze Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services you have requested. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of Your Content. EOS is not liable for any lost or unrecoverable data.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence, including machine learning models and automated agents, to process your data and execute tasks. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
EOS is committed to protecting your data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
We process personal and financial data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of South Korea and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will not sell, rent, or share your individually identifiable data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing with third-party service providers is limited to what is necessary to operate the Platform and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

EOS is designed to achieve high accuracy in accounting and tax operations. However, the Platform is a tool that supports — not replaces — professional judgment.
You acknowledge that:
EOS shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated outputs without appropriate professional review.
The Platform, including all software, AI models, algorithms, designs, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by EOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any of its components. You may not use the Platform for competitive benchmarking or to develop competing products or services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to EOS may be used without restriction to improve our products and services. You will not receive compensation for such feedback.
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the pricing plan you select. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. EOS reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment fails or is overdue, EOS may suspend or restrict access to the Platform until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your account at any time through the Platform's account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.
EOS may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a security risk. EOS may also discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of Your Content for up to 30 days following termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. EOS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
EOS's total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to EOS during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
EOS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
